Please drag and drop the "Parks I Visit" icon to the map for the Mayo SkatePark location (Place Step 2). Enter - "Mayo Skatepark - 1175 Mayo RD, Mayo, MD 21106. The Mayo SkatePark is a user-built skatepark with user-made wooden jumps and ramps. State your frequency of use. State how many other skaters you see using the skatepark. Indicate what facilities you would like to see at this skatepark. This skatepark needs County funding." Please also complete the survey for other County facilities that you use.

The Mayo SkatePark Project is a grassroots group of young adults and parents in our community that wants to raise money to restore, design, repair, improve, construct and maintain a safe, secure, and sustainable skatepark for southern Anne Arundel County. We need your support to make this happen!

We have an initial goal to assist with the expenses of materials, labor, and expenses to construct wooden skate jumps, ramps, pipes, launches, etc. We have a future goal of establishing a full-fledged Tony Hawk Foundation is Now the Skatepark Project.

The Mayo Civic Association (MCA) is deeply saddened and disgusted to learn of the messages of hate vandalizing the Mayo Skatepark. We condemn these messages of hate, and the cowardly person or persons responsible for them, in the strongest possible terms. This type of hate speech is in direct opposition to our community values. The perpetrator of this deplorable vandalism does not represent our community. If anyone has any information on this incident or the person or persons responsible, please contact the AACO Southern Police District at (410) 222-1961. The MCA will continue to work to make the Skatepark a safe, inclusive, and welcoming place for all to skate.
