Peer support is about walking beside someone—not trying to fix them or make decisions for them. A peer can listen without judgment, offer encouragement, share lived experience when helpful, connect someone to treatment and recovery resources, and help them navigate the next step.
Peers do not diagnose, provide therapy, or replace clinical treatment. We offer something different: connection, understanding, and hope from someone who knows recovery is possible. 💜
