✅ Attending one tryout is required – but attending both is encouraged!

Just to repost and update everyone we have a coaches meeting on Thursday 9/12/24 @ 7:00 pm where the coaches will receive the rosters for their teams. You WILL hear from a coach after this scheduled meeting but not until then! Just wanted to be transparent as where we are in the process.

All rosters and game schedules have been made but again YOU WILL NOT HERE FROM THEM UNTIL WE MEET WITH ALL COACHES TOMORROW 9/12! This is a process and we understand it’s a lengthy process but we CANNOT stay on our social media pages/phones answering individual questions that we have already answered in a post!

Please understand where we are in the process and understand that we can only move so fast in the process!! If you have NOT heard from ur coach by 9-14 then please contact us so we can ensure they have the right contact info

There is no game tonight Sept 9th, it was an error that was not caught until it was too late! As previously posted our games will NOT start until 9/21.

Just to update everyone we have a coaches meeting on Thursday 9/12/24 @ 7:00 pm where the coaches will receive the rosters for their teams. You will hear from a coach after this scheduled meeting. Just wanted to be transparent as where we are in the process.

All rosters have been made but we are still needing a few more coaches. Phone calls will be made today to try to get volunteers for these teams. U4, U6, & U12/14 are the age groups where they are needed.

Since there is some misleading information being fed out I wanted to take a moment to explain we do have teams built, we do have coaches for most teams we still need the following coaches for these age groups U4 (2 coaches needed)
U6 (4 coaches needed)
U8 (1 coach needed)
U10 is good!
U12/14 (1 coach needed)

We have a coaches meeting scheduled but until all spots are filled we will not release rosters due to possibility of changes needed if someone volunteers to coach a specific team their child is on.

Also this is a whole process that takes time and is being ran by 3 people whom work full time jobs of more than 40 hours per week and we don’t get paid for a single thing that we do for this association!

If you would like to volunteer please step forward and help instead of complaining what’s not getting done in what you think is an appropriate timeframe.

Also to add we do background checks on all board members and all volunteers within our program so if you know you won’t pass one please don’t volunteer.

So I just wanted to update everybody since we are getting a ton of calls, messages and texts and some to our private numbers which shouldn’t have been given out. We are currently still making teams and still need several coaches to finish up. You will get a call or message soon from a coach. The 1st scheduled game is September 21st.

If you haven’t signed up I’m sorry but it’s definitely too late to do that now but we hope to see you in the Spring.
