Good evening, everyone.
First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you for being here and for supporting the Alexis Wednesday Foundation. Today is about more than just coming together—it is about love, unity, empowerment, and community.
The Alexis Wednesday Foundation was created with a purpose: to bring people together, to support one another, and to remind our community that when we stand together, we can make a difference.
Every person has a story. Every family has struggles, dreams, and goals. Sometimes, all someone needs is for another person to believe in them, encourage them, or simply remind them that they are not alone. That is the heart of this foundation.
We believe in our children.
We believe in our families.
We believe in our community.
And most importantly, we believe in each other.
This foundation is about continuing to grow, continuing to give, and continuing to shine a light wherever there is darkness. It is about turning compassion into action and bringing hope to those who may need it most.
I want everyone to remember that you do not have to be rich or powerful to make a difference. Sometimes a kind word, a helping hand, a smile, or simply showing up can change someone's entire day—and sometimes, their entire life.
So today, let us celebrate the power of community. Let us continue building together, supporting together, and growing together.
