On behalf of the Arkansas Storm Educational Sports Program, Communications Director Taylor Youngblood joined family and friends in honoring the memory of Helen Louise Woods-White, a longtime supporter, donor, and cherished community member.

During her remarks, Director Taylor reflected on Helen’s dedicated support of Arkansas Storm and the vital role she played in advancing our mission to serve youth through education, mentorship, and leadership development. She noted that Ms.Woods-White truly believed in this work and consistently backed efforts that created positive opportunities for young people

A proud retiree of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and a proud attendee of Philander Smith College, Helen leaves behind a legacy of service, generosity, and community involvement.

Helen's support of Arkansas Storm will be remembered and appreciated, and she will be missed by many throughout our organization and community.

Arkansas Storm also extends its appreciation to Robinson Mortuary for their care and professionalism.

Our thoughts are with Helen's family, friends, and all who knew her.
