Jeremy is fine until he sees ____? Not returning the cart to the store or carrel.
Michael gets UUUGH from? Butt Dialing then saying they didn’t.

Jeremy would have won as Speaker, but was 3 seconds over his time. IT may seem like a small thing BUT, one item we work on is staying in time. In a business setting you may be given so many minutes to explain or sell to a client. Staying in a set time is important. Every role in toastmasters is timed. 1 second over is noted. In Table Topics Evaluation, and as a speaker is to short of time and to long of a time is noted. It is a reminder of being aware of other peoples time.

What are you doing Friday mornings? If you are in the Toledo OH area or on Zoom we have a meeting with Farmers Market as a theme. We also have a speaker working on his Pathway talking about active listening.

We all do things to challenge ourselves. This morning as most Friday, Westgate Toastmasters meeting in Maumee Ohio, We not only tested our public speaking, we also tested our Meeting management skills. A handful of members were unable to make the meeting for understandable reasons. Small group and roles to fill as we doubled and tripled. up. The meeting started with a buzzer (back of the room Timmer) and hammer (Gavels meeting open President) as close to the same second creating a unique sound interesting to some, startling to others. Christy was our General Evaluator. We had a small group today and everyone gave Michael a 1-2 min evaluation. It has been a while since we have done this. Getting evaluation from 6 People will help shape the speech.
