The HOA Board of Directors are happy to say, Happy New Year to all homeowners and their families. The holidays are over and the New Year of 2025 has started. We have mailed out the Hill Place HOA 2024 annual statements as well as the 2025 dues letters. (Please Read) If you did not received your Hill Place HOA annual statement or current dues letter. Please leave us a private message with your name & address. The Hill Place HOA annual dues have been increased to $128.00 because of the rising cost of goods and services. Dues will be considered late after January 31st.Please be sure to mail in your Hill Place HOA annual dues to

Heads up everybody if you don't already know. People are walking around communities with hard hats and a Duke power. Or Duke Energy vest asking to come into your home to check your electricity. They are robbing people, but they look just like Duke. Power employees don't let them in. Be safe & by for now.

Hill place Subdivision leaf/limb pickup schedule. Our Subdivision is in zone (4) take a look. Hopefully this is helpful. HOA.

Our department works hard to ensure Mauldin residents have a clean city through sanitation services, maintenance to our parks and buildings, and sanitary streets and sewers.

Attention Hill Place homeowners/renters. You should have already received your mail in ballots. Plz participate by selecting those whom you would like to see on our HOA BOARD. Plz mail ballots by the due date. OR bring your ballot with you to the meeting at the Mauldin City Hall Courtroom on Thursday night 12-1-22 @ 7pm. Two Non-Board Members will pull the names that has been selected. This is also a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for you to meet the current 2022 board members as well as the New 2023 Board Members. Becoming a selected board member is not a PAID position, and those who serve on the board work, plan, organize, and meet on their own time because they care for this community. We're asking EVERYONE to be RESPECTFUL of others including the board members. We want Hill Place to be a great place to call home. Plz attend the meeting, we would love to meet you. See you there.

Attention homeowners of Hillplace Subdivision. This is Mr. Miller, Board member of our homeowners association. If your garbage container was damaged by the new city garbage truck, please comment on this page, I want to know. I have been told that the city takes the position that it is the homeowner's fault when the garbage containers are damaged, I disagree. Plz comment and include your house #. Take care, be safe, and plz do not speed in the community.

Hello everybody, The HOA board has scheduled a community meeting at the Mauldin City Municiple courtroom on June 30th at 7pm. We certainly hope that all home owners and renters will participate in this meeting. If you have questions in regard to your community that you would like to have answered, please right the questions down and bring those questions to the meaning with you. You will be asked to identify yourself by stating your name and your address and we will try to answer the questions that you may have. This will also be a great opportunity for all of you to meet the board members. We look forward to having a Informative cordial meeting and hopefully by the end of the meeting, we will all leave better informed than we were when we came. Good afternoon homeowners and renters at Hill Place Sub-division. We've been advised that Goodwill no longer pick-up donations at community yard sales. Please be advised that if you want to donate items that you do not sell, you will have to take those items to Goodwill and drop them off yourself. According to our local meteorologist, the weather should be very nice during our community yard sale. Let's make some money, meet new people, and get rid of items we don't use or need anymore. Let's have a great day. I hope someone will be selling lemonade!!!!!
