Team 34416 Sprockets

Next Tuesday the 14th the Planetary Gears will start up at 6:30pm at our shop in Matthews. As of right now the Sprockets will not run this year and we won't have a team based out of Muncie. The Lego team is for 4th-7th graders and several parents are needed to help out.

We sadly have to announce that our two FLL Lego teams will not be participating in this year's season due to COVID-19 restrictions that will make it difficult to safely build robots. We will try again next year and Go Gears!

FREE - a STEM program for children of ages 8 and up
Wednesdays 10:30 AM or 4:30 PM
Location: Muncie Kennedy Library, no library card required

"Digital Climbers is a self-guided program for children age 8 and older, that challenges participants to master a variety of technology projects, according to a release. The activities include popular science-based learning products such as Osmos, Snap Circuits, Laser Mazes, Kano computer kits, and more. Participants earn small rewards for each challenge and get to see their name “climb” the digital mountain of success."

A really fun opportunity to learn more about coding, check it out! :)

Muncie Public Library has received a $7,204 grant to extend its award-winning Digital Climbers STEM program to include Kennedy Library.
