BIG NEWS: Creating Pathways. Building Second Chances. 💚

We are proud to partner with the Cook County Sheriff’s Office to bring our LEAD Reentry Workforce & Leadership Initiative directly to returning citizens at the Cook County Jail.

Through LEAD, participants will gain access to workforce readiness, career preparation, leadership development, life skills, mentorship, and supportive resources designed to help prepare them for a successful transition back into their communities.

This partnership represents more than programming-it represents opportunity, preparation, and a commitment to what comes next.

When returning citizens have the tools to succeed, the impact extends beyond one individual. Families become stronger. Communities become stronger. Futures change.

We are grateful to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office for partnering with us to invest in second chances and meaningful pathways forward.

This opportunity represents another step forward in strengthening our leadership, expanding our impact, and creating greater opportunities for the youth, families, and communities we serve. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to everyone who continues to believe in our mission.

Yesterday, had the opportunity to attend the AMPT & IFF Bridging Resources to the Southland Workshop at . The session provided valuable insights on strengthening our impact story, communicating our mission more effectively, and building greater community support. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue growing so we can better serve youth, families, and communities across the Southland. 💙

On July 9, the was honored to attend the Stone Soup Community Stakeholders Meeting alongside nonprofit leaders, educators, businesses, and community partners committed to strengthening the Southland. 🍲🤝

The event was filled with meaningful conversations, valuable networking, and collaborative planning focused on creating greater opportunities for youth and families. We left inspired by the passion and dedication of so many organizations working toward a common goal.

Thank you to the organizers and everyone we had the opportunity to connect with. We look forward to building on these new relationships and continuing to work together to create lasting impact throughout our communities.
