Gun violence is more than a headline-it is a crisis affecting our families, neighborhoods, and future.

This Gun Violence Awareness Month, let us stand together across Chicago and the South Suburbs to break the cycle of violence. By investing in our youth, supporting one another, and creating opportunities for success, we can build stronger, safer communities.

Our children deserve hope. Our neighborhoods deserve peace. Our city deserves better.

Together, we can end the violence and raise the next generation of leaders.

🧡 Wear Orange. Speak Up. Take Action.

More Than a Logo. It’s Our Story. 🌱

At Knox Family Foundation, every detail of our logo represents who we are and who we serve.

The figures at the center symbolize family, unity, and community-a reflection of how we uplift youth and support one another through every stage of growth.

The tree above represents development, resilience, and opportunity. Just like the young people we serve, every leaf tells a story of potential, progress, and purpose.

And the foundation beneath reminds us that with the right support, anything can grow.

This isn’t just a design-it’s our commitment to building stronger futures, together.

You can be part of that growth.
Support our mission by donating, partnering, or sharing our work with your network. Every action helps us reach more youth and families.

April is Child Abuse Prevention & Awareness Monthđź’™, and at the Knox Family Foundation, we stand firmly in our commitment to protect, uplift, and empower the youth we serve every single day.

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and seen. Yet too many young people in our communities face trauma, neglect, and environments that limit their ability to thrive. That’s why our work goes beyond programs-we create safe spaces, mentorship opportunities, and life-changing resources that help youth heal, grow, and succeed.

Through our youth development initiatives, advocacy efforts, and community partnerships across the South Suburbs and Chicagoland area, we are actively working to break cycles of abuse, provide positive outlets, and ensure that every young person knows their voice matters.

đź’™ This month, we encourage our community to:
• Speak up for children who may not have a voice
• Support organizations doing the work on the ground
• Educate others on the signs of abuse and prevention strategies
• Show up-because prevention starts with all of us

Together, we can build a future where every child is protected, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.
