Due to the closing of the Village of Matteson and the Receeation Center, we haven’t been able to secure our remaining dates for HOA meetings. Stay tuned as we would like to have the dates set for 1 year.

Hello Estates of Brookemere Family. Checking in to see how everyone is doing? During this unprecedented time; we hope that everyone is remaining safe, practicing social distancing, and still following the rules of the declaration.

At the last meeting we ensured we would work on better communication and we are striving to continue to do so despite Covid-19. We have placed a hold on sending unpaid balances to collection currently but if you are able to pay, please due accordingly.
