We are sharing resources for our seniors.

On July 6, 2026, the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will begin accepting pre-applications for the Southern Cook County Housing LLC for one (1) bedroom at the following Communities for persons 55 years of age or older:

Golden Towers I & II - 1704-1706 East End Avenue, Chicago Heights, IL 60411

Juniper Tower Apartments - 350 Juniper Street Park, Forest, IL 60466

Application Process
• Pre-Applications Available: July 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
• Application Submission: All applications must be completed online at www.thehacc.org
• Pre-Applications Deadline: July 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
