Longtime New England singer/songwriter Matt York will perform songs and tell stories about the great Willie Nelson on Saturday April 5th at 2 PM. York’s program will focus on Willie’s long and illustrious music career, which has spanned over seven decades. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Mattapoisett Local Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

All ages welcome!

Stop by the library on Saturday, March 22nd at 2 PM to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Celtic culture, and the impending arrival of spring with a lively participatory program by Parents’ Choice Award-winning singer and storyteller Davis Bates. No registration needed. Recommended for ages six and up.

Sit back, put up your feet, and join Storyteller Rona Leventhal for a journey around the world with her back pocket full of multicultural stories! Rona Leventhal is one person, but many voices! She'll have you tapping your feet, swaying in your seats, dancing, making funny noises, singing, and laughing as she shares stories from the silly to the serious, from the mysterious to the monstrous!

Please note this is a storytelling show rather than a story-reading session, recommended for ages 5 and up.
