Did you know that you can rent one of our spaces for your private event? Williams Wharf Landing and Bayside Landing are our primary rentable facilities. Although they are both open daily year-round to the general public from sunrise to sunset, they can each be rented for Special Events.

What a beautiful time of year to enjoy the expansive marsh views at Bayside Landing.

Bayside Landing is nestled into the raw and beautiful naturescape of the New Point Comfort Natural Area Preserve in Bavon. This area is known to be one of the last bird migratory zones on the Atlantic Flyway and popular among bird enthusiasts.
