In 2019, Anchorage Police took a report of a sexual assault. Officers learned from the victim she was walking near the 300 block of Concrete Street when an adult male violently attacked her, pulled her behind a nearby building and sexually assaulted her. The male suspect left the area on a bicycle.

Police later identified the suspect as Charles Billuk and he was charged in 2023 with S*x Assault 1 and Assault 3 for his actions pertaining to this incident. He is currently incarcerated.

Police have reason to believe Billuk may have victimized others. Detectives’ ask if anyone believes they may have been assaulted, sexually assaulted, or otherwise inappropriately touched by Billuk, to call Detective Thomas at the 907-786-2628. There is a home in Houston that has been hit 6 times by thieves. An elderly couple has lived there for years and suddenly the husband died and the wife being elderly and alone had to go south with her daughter. Thousands of dollars in tools has been stolen and other items. We think we know who the thieves are and troopers are actively trying to catch them but in the meantime. Please share if you know of pawn shops or if you buy stuff off of marketplace. Let’s catch these pitiful thieves. The man they are stealing from who passed away doesn’t deserve this. Not that anyone does. He was a person who volunteered weekly for the poor and underserved. Devoted his life to charity. Please share!
If someone sells you some with these initials (he marked every tool) please notify troopers.
