Join us for this great event coming up on Saturday November 22, at 6:30pm front parking lot of Kohls Shopping Center. We will be lighting our Christmas Tree and ceremonial lighting of the Menorah. Santa will be there, have some cookies, munchkins, hot cocoa, hot coffee, enjoy the holiday music and just kick off the holiday season in good cheer. WE look forward to a great turnout for this free community event

This is an evening filled with very important information.

Sadly, last year our community experienced several fires related to space heaters.

And although the season 🤞has been quiet for poor weather, we still risk a bad storm or two now or during the winter. Why not be prepared and ready.

Great news! PLEASE SHARE!!

The Suffolk County Police Department has established the Right to Know Policy in conjunction with the Police Reform Plan, with the express purpose of bolstering trust between the community and law enforcement.

Part of that plan ensures that members of the public have a way to express their interaction with an officer whenever contact is made whether that contact is positive or negative.

In an effort to boost this messaging, the Department has reached out to PLABs (Precinct Level Advisory Boards) to share the message about its Compliment/Compliant form and how to interact with it. I think this is a wonderful idea, not only to express complaints that individuals may have regarding law enforcement, but also to compliment the many, MANY great things that officers do in our community and the way in which residents are treated with respect, care and dignity by great officers within our precinct.
