Thank you for the update

Mastic Beach - the owner of the incomplete demolition at 330 Neighborhood Road appeared at the public hearing this afternoon on the demolition and clean up of the property. While he did not speak, he indicated to a member of the Town’s law department that he will complete the demolition and clean up of the property as well as the demolition of the partially tarp covered adjacent building to the west.

We will help him where we can and hope he takes responsibility for his property, or the Town will act after 30 days if progress is not made on his part.
