🍁 GUESS WHAT, MASSILLON!! 🦃

Not only is The Salvation Army of Massillon serving a FREE Thanksgiving Day meal, but this year, we're starting the celebration a little earlier!

NOVEMBER 26th, 2026!

Beginning at 9:00 AM, we're opening our doors and inviting YOU to come watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with us!

We'll have fresh coffee, delicious danishes, and a warm, welcoming place for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the parade. And while you're watching, you'll get to enjoy the wonderful smells of a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner being prepared just for you!

Then, at 12:00 PM, we'll gather together for a delicious Thanksgiving meal!

Whether you're spending Thanksgiving alone, looking for a warm place to enjoy the morning, or simply want to share the holiday with others, there's a place for you at our table.

❤️ Come as you are. Bring a friend. Everyone is welcome!

We can't wait to spend Thanksgiving with you!

We are SO excited to share that our young people have joined Bible Bowl this year!
They are studying the entire book of John and had their first scrimmage last Saturday where they came in second place.
We are so proud of them all and the hard work they are putting into studying God’s word. 🧡🖤

Big thanks to the amazing group of teens from
Central Catholic who came and volunteered their time deep cleaning our choice pantry, cleaning up our nursery and sorting out one of our closets! So grateful for their help! Added bonus one of our church kids were a part of the group 😁

A lost job. A health crisis. Rent that became impossible to keep up with.
There are many ways someone can experience homelessness, and the help they need can look different, too.
This World Homeless Day, your gift can help provide food, shelter, and practical support for neighbors experiencing homelessness in neighbors across Northeast Ohio.
Whatever brought someone to this moment, you can help them take the next step: salarmy.us/NEO-SupportYourNeighbors ❤️

Big thank you to Stark County Commissioner, Richard Regula for once again purchasing a pig for our pantry from the Stark County Fair.

4H Fairless student Adelynn Ehmer (pictured below) did a fabulous job raising the pig and received a tour of our pantry where she learned how many families this pig is going to help provide for.

Another big thank you to G&F Family farms for voluntarily processing all the meat (over 150 pounds) for our choice food pantry!

Thank you to every board member, volunteer, company sponsor, guest and award recipient.
Money was raised, food was eaten, laughter and tears were shared and most importantly God was glorified.
Thank you, city of Massillon for supporting The Salvation Army so we can continue to serve in Jesus’ name without discrimination. 🧡

A child's first day of school is about so much more than new backpacks and fresh notebooks.

It's about walking through the doors feeling confident, prepared, and like they belong.

For many families, back-to-school assistance can make that first day a little brighter. Your generosity helps provide the support children need to start the school year with confidence and reminds parents they don't have to face it alone.

Together, we can help children start strong. https://salarmy.us/NEO-HelpAChildSucceed
