Arconic update

We reached a tentative agreement with the full recommendation of our committee. 3-year deal with 5%, 4%, and 4% annual wage increases, no increase in healthcare premiums. Details to follow. Thank you for your solidarity and please be patient as we prepare a detailed summary.
