These specialized chairs not only enhance safety and comfort for ALS patients, but also provide crucial support to caregivers. Always Lifting Spirits is honored to take part in this annual event. It is a bittersweet occasion where we pay tribute to those currently fighting ALS while also remembering the many individuals, such as Jeff Weber, whom we have sadly lost to this illness. We treasure the chance to meet the individuals we have supported, even in a small way, and to connect with them and their families. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to support the ALS community and the Reds Organization, and a special acknowledgement to John Rieder for making this day truly meaningful for all.

Tuesday marked the launch of Sippin’4 Lou, uniting the community to support the local ALS community, which is truly fulfilling. Our host, Richard Dickmann from Smoke Justis, inspired us for the week ahead by sharing the motivation behind the Que4Care mission, while pALS Chris Dolle rang the bell to officially commence the event. The staff at Smoke Justis truly shone! As the week progresses, we have two more Sippin’4 Lou nights planned: Tonight: The Operation Ramp it Up group will be in the Bourbon Lounge from 4-7 PM. Tomorrow: The Always Lifting Spirits crew will be in the Lounge, featuring Mo Egger, who will be broadcasting live from the Lounge. We invite you to join us at the Street BBQ at Smoke Justis on Saturday, May 30, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and at the Reds game on Tuesday, June 2.
