Frenchie Foundation We advocate to support, educate, and raise awareness within our communities regarding mental health.

The Frenchie Foundation was founded in loving memory of Ikonkar Sandhu. In his short time here with us, Onkar brought joy, humor, and light to those around him; whilst trying to navigate the adversities of life and the toll they take on our mental health. The Frenchie Foundation aspires to shine his eternal light to communities, families, and individuals through education, advocacy, and support regarding mental health.

What a DAY! 🏐💜

The Frenchie Foundation Volleyball Tournament was one for the books! We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to play, cheer, volunteer, donate, and support our mission. The energy on the courts was incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout!

🏆 Congratulations to our 1st place champions and our 2nd place team! You brought the competition, teamwork, and energy all day long!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, and a special shoutout to Diggs Bar & Grill for being such amazing hosts. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!

And if you weren’t able to donate at the tournament but would still like to support the Frenchie Foundation, it’s not too late. Every donation helps us continue our mission and make a difference in our community. 💜

Thank you for showing up for Frenchie!

🏐 Can’t make it to the Frenchie Volleyball Tournament? You can still be part of the impact. 💙

We know September 12th won’t work for everyone — but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on supporting what we’re building.

If you can’t join us on the sand, consider making a donation instead. Every contribution helps us continue supporting our community and the organizations we’re proud to partner with.

No volleyball required. 😉
Just a little love for the cause.

Can’t play? Give.
Can’t be there? Still make an impact.

Thank you for being part of the Frenchie family. 🫶

What a weekend. 💜

Thank you to everyone who walked with us—your presence is proof of how strong this community is. Because of your incredible generosity, together we raised over $10,000 to support the Frenchie Foundation’s mission of promoting mental health awareness and strengthening our communities.

Every step, every donation, every volunteer, every sponsor, and every participant made this possible. We are so grateful to each and every one of you.

As we start a new week, carry that same care inward: rest, recharge, and be proud of showing up.

Stronger Minds. Stronger Communities. 💜

Why do we walk? 💚 We walk in honor of Onkar — "French Ludhiana" — and the light he brought to everyone around him. We walk because mental health matters, because community heals, and because no one should feel alone. Every step on June 27 carries his light a little further. Walk with us.
