Caregivers Everywhere 🫠💙

Today, Mother’s Day feels surreal even five years without my mother. I try not to push the grief aside, yet embrace it with compassion.
Judy’s natural ability to love and care was unmatched. She was a teacher, incredible woman of faith and lived life beautifully present. She was incredibly humble and embraced her advanced cancer diagnosis with such bravery.
Being Judy’s caregiver through cancer allowed me to know her in a way I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I am grateful for the opportunity to be fulfilled with showing her love and care during those years. This experience in my life is both the most painful and also the most beautiful.
I often reflect how without cancer, we may have missed out on many incredible mother-daughter moments of pure love and connection.
Today, we are holding space for all caregivers of mothers today. We are sending you love, strength & wishing you peace on the hardest days. Just like a mother, being a caregiver is a deeply impactful role and will be remembered forever. 💕
