The Airlift/Tanker Association is a Section 501(c)(3)e tax-exempt organization dedicated to providing a forum for ensuring that American military forces continue to have the air mobility capability required to implement U.S. IT IS NOT PART OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OR ANY OF ITS COMPONENTS AND IT HAS NO GOVERNMENTAL STATUS.

Your local Scott AFB A/TA Huyser Chapter partnered with the Lindbergh Foundation this past Friday to support this year's Spirit of St Louis STEM Air Races. More than 25 students participated, each having built their own airplane and troubleshooting a variety of challengers to get them flight-ready.

Our chapter provided volunteers for grading, judging, safety oversight, and technical support to help guide the students through the event. It was a fantastic experience, and we're proud to have a played a role in encouraging the next generation of STEM innovators.

Our President, Vice President, Event Coordinator, and 2 Mentors were in attendance. Our Vice President and Event Coordinator are pictured with pioneering aviator, Charles Lindbergh's Grandson, Erik Lindbergh, who is also an adventurous aviator.
