In case you miss the atv meeting for the Ashland town meeting, I will post a google doc to keep everyone caught up. Glad to hear so many are going to the Ashland town meeting to support North Star Motorsports. This would be very beneficial to our communities. Bringing families and motorsport enthusiastic together. It takes a lot of effort and volunteers to make these events possible. Our atv club supports this preposition and thanks for doing all you have done for our communities.

Reminder, we have our monthly meeting today at 6:30 at town office.
Our agenda at this point is utilizing our grant for this season, fixing the swamp and mud and ruts up by Hayne's with gravel, some brush needs to be trimmed away from spots on the trail, pass out worksheets for completed work from members for payment, whether they want to donate it back to the club, the form has to be filled out and signed, Alcide's family gave a chainsaw the club bought, and we'd like to offer its use to a member for trail work, any upcoming trail rides.
If anyone cannot attend, but would like to open a discussion, send me a message before 5pm today and I can open it for discussion. We will meet Richard Cole, our region coordinator. It'll be great to get a face with the name and use him as a resource for the club. We hope to see you all there.

I've been getting messages and calls about a fire on a landowner's property. I've been told it was some teens but can't say for sure. I just want to remind riders to be RESPECTFUL of the landowner's property. Without the use of their property, we would NOT be able to have trails and if you see someone who isn't a rider doing something that shouldn't stop and say cut the crap or report them to authorities. I DO NOT want to have to message landowners telling them about destruction on their land.

We are starting to get some memberships in the mail. Thank you to all our new members and the ones that continue to support us. We wouldn't be able to maintain our trails and club without your support. Thank you!

Our memberships from last year until now have dwindled. We only have a handful for the 2024 season. To the ones that have already submitted their applications, THANK YOU for supporting us. As a nonprofit club, we depend on our members to help cover the cost with the insurance and maintenance needed to keep the trails open. We are thankful that we have the opportunity to get families and friends out on the trails to create fun times and some memories. Weather you need to renew your membership, sign up for membership, or would just like to support our club, we would appreciate your support. I've attached the membership form which can be printed and mailed to the address on the form. Thank you and get out a ride!!

We have 2 options for anyone who wants to join the atv club for the 2024 season. You can mail a check or money order to
26B School Street Masardis Maine 04732 or Venmo at 2072279243. If you chose Venmo please put your name in the comments and then, message me your information. The information I need to complete memberships is name, address, phone number, total family members with names, and number of registered atvs. I will send out your card within a day or two and atv Maine will mail your stickers for the atvs directly to your address. If you were a member last year, I already have your new membership cards prefilled out with the information. I just need the total family members and names from you. Thank you and we greatly appreciate your support.

This year, memberships can be paid for through Venmo. Please include Name, address, phone number, how many registered atv for the 2024 season for adequate number of stickers, and names of the family members riding under this membership. If you have trouble putting information under descriptions, send me a message. I will mail your membership card and ATV Maine will send their stickers directly to members.
