Bible Training Continues

God continues to equip and empower pastors through our Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP)!

Our 2025 BTCP class completed Course 9—Church History—in July and now has just one course remaining! 🎉 Course 10—Missions, Evangelism & Discipleship—will be taught in September, with graduation scheduled for October. This will mark our third graduating class!

Meanwhile, our 2026 class is halfway through their journey, continuing to grow in biblical knowledge and leadership.

And we’re already preparing for the next group! A new BTCP class will begin Course 1 in January 2027.

We are so grateful for everyone who prays, gives, and partners with Charis in Action to make this training possible. Together, we are equipping leaders who will equip others and multiply the mission. ❤️

National Nonprofit Day 🤍

Today is National Nonprofit Day—a day to recognize the organizations and people working every day to serve, equip, empower, and bring hope to communities around the world.

For us, today is a chance to celebrate Charis in Action—and even more, the people who make this ministry possible.

Because ministry doesn’t happen alone.

It happens when people say, “I want to be part of this.”

And because people have said yes, real things are happening in Zambia.

A health post has been built and is serving thousands of people in surrounding communities.

Pastors are being equipped through Bible training.

Churches are being planted.

Land is being developed for a primary school that will open in 2027.

A farm is being developed to create sustainable opportunities for the community.

This is what happens when people come alongside the mission.

And right now, we have an incredible opportunity to MULTIPLY THE MISSION.

A generous donor has committed $50,000 to match NEW undesignated donations given through the end of the year.

That means your gift can go twice as far.

Today is Election Day in Zambia.

As our Zambian friends, partners, pastors, families, and communities participate in this important day, we invite you to join us in prayer.

🙏 Pray for peace across the nation.
🙏 Pray for wisdom and integrity for those in positions of responsibility.
🙏 Pray for peaceful participation and respect among communities.
🙏 Pray for the safety and protection of the people of Zambia.
🙏 And pray that God would continue to guide and strengthen Zambia and its people.

At Charis in Action, we love Zambia and are honored to walk alongside people who are working to see their communities transformed.

On July 4th, we celebrated the opening of the Antioch Health Post—a milestone moment for our community.

The clinic has served 163 patients from July 7-July 31st!

This clinic will serve approximately 7,000 people who previously had little to no access to adequate healthcare. Beyond physical care, this facility represents a place of hope, where individuals can be cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We believe it will stand as a true lighthouse of hope in the village.

We have raised almost $20,000 in our quest to raise $50,000 in our Multiply the Mission Campaign!

A generous donor has committed $50,000 to match every NEW undesignated gift given between now and the end of the year. We are almost half way there!

That means:
Your $50 becomes $100.
Your $500 becomes $1,000.

But we have to step in to unlock it.

We can’t leave $50,000 sitting on the table.
