💔 Today, we lost a true Tennessee legend.

Dolly Parton reminded us that you can work hard, dream big, stay humble, and never forget to lift others up along the way.

That feels a lot like triathlon. We push through the hard days, cheer for the person beside us, and keep showing up — together.

Thank you, Dolly, for showing us that grit, heart, and kindness can take you a long way. ❤️

Due to ongoing construction on Sevier Avenue in South Knoxville, we’ll be starting from a new location!

Dial in your form, talk injury prevention, and stick around for Q&A with Justin L. Whether you’re new to running or chasing a PR, this one’s for you.

RTMC Spring Fling – March 20–22
Knoxville + Townsend. Group runs, social time, and a little adventure. Come for one event or make a weekend of it.

April Social – April 11
We’re showing up loud at Suttree Landing / LB Endurance to cheer on runners at the Covenant Knoxville Marathon. Bring your cowbells, signs, and high-five energy. Community doesn’t stop at the start line.

RTMC is heading to Foothills Milling Cafe for a social on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026 at 11:00am ☕️🥪

Foothills Milling Cafe serves up delicious sandwiches that might send you straight into a food coma. This social will be hosted by Amber W.

There’s an optional run beforehand on the Maryville Greenway at 10:00am —rain or shine (but not lightning). 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

🅿️ Parking note:
Foothills Milling Cafe has limited parking. For the optional run, we’ll park and start from the Maryville Greenbelt Amphitheater, about ½ mile from the cafe, then head over together afterward.

All paces welcome. Come run, come eat, or come hang.
