We have an abundance of tomato plants started right here in our hydroponic greenhouse, and we want to share them with you! Plants are approx. 8-12" tall.

☀️ 🌱 Summer mode: activated! ☀️

Every year around Memorial Day, we install a shade cloth on the greenhouse to help protect our lettuce from the intense summer sun. Lettuce prefers cooler temperatures, and the shade cloth can lower greenhouse temperatures by 10–15 degrees. This helps keep our crops healthy, crisp, and growing strong throughout the summer.

10 years ago today, we broke ground on Earth Day.

Did you know Lettuce Dream is a living dream? Two mothers were determined to build a better future for their children with disabilities after seeing how few opportunities existed after high school. When one was diagnosed with cancer, she promised to keep helping from Heaven if her friend carried the work forward here on Earth.

10 years later, we’re still growing strong, meeting people where they are and helping them build skills and find real jobs.
