We have started receiving recipes. YAY!!

COOK BOOK NEWS:
I recently send out a text message to all members about our upcoming cookbook. Now come the critical part. We can't have a cook book without recipes. The recipes do not have to be originals. They can be gourmet or everday cooking. Desserts, casseroles, drinks, sides, etc. All categories are welcome.

We are looking for each member to submit 3-4 recipies. The sooner the better. If you have your recipes online or in a computer file, terrific! We can also use good photos or hand written recipes. The software we are using has the ability to scan and capture the information. To ensure quality, we will need you to proof the scanned recipes.

Now, the WHEN. The committee plans to cut off recipe submission as of the August meeting. This is to allow time to wrap up the cook book by the end of October. You can begin submission immediately. Recipes can be send to [email protected]. Please indicate Recipe in the title line and who is contributing the recipe.
