NOTICE: Voucher Expiration Date Extended to January 10, 2026. Due to weather and mail delivery issues. Please note Meijer's is experiencing a problem receiving underclothing and socks but will restock as soon as items arrive. No issues with coats, shoes, and boots.

Final Voucher Update: If you haven’t received your voucher, you will not get one. When a voucher is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you. Please do not contact other agencies, as they do not have information about our voucher process. Review all information included with your voucher. FYI: Submitting an application does not guarantee receipt of a voucher. We serve 1,000 children on a first-come, first-served basis. All vouchers will be mailed by November 29, 2025. Vouchers will be void after December 31, 2025. Thank you!

Facts About Old Newsboys of Port Huron
We are a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization.
We have been in existence since 1927.
We rely on funding through donations from generous individuals who care.
We provide essential items such as shoes, boots, socks, underwear, or winter coats for children aged 4-13 years old.

Q & A Application Process Part 2
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION!
1. Can you check to see if my Application went through? No.
2. How do I know if I am picked?
You will not know until you receive your Voucher in the mail. Not all Vouchers are mailed at the same time so that Miejer’s is not overwhelmed.
3. How do I know if I qualify?
You must receive : FIP, FAP, or Medicaid.
MDHHS clears your Application, as stated in Application directions.
You must have custody of child or children, your address must be correct and match as listed through MDHHS.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION. 
1. What happened when Applications were launched?
1600 people were attempting to view or log in at the same time. This created slow to impossible logins.
2. Are you still taking applications?
Yes you can still apply. We will continue taking applications until we have a predetermined number of applications.
3. How do I know if my Application was accepted? If you clicked submit and it went to another page it went through. If it stays on the same page it didn’t go through. This was only the first day, due to over load. There should not be any more issues at this time .
