Michigan Department of Education is considering a rule making S*x Ed with NO opt out for parents a requirement for high school graduation. I am all for students learning about life but this proposal could lead to unintentional consequences with no recourse for parents, which ALWAYS makes me nervous. If you read the included "Issue Brief" and want to reach out the to State Board of Ed members with your thoughts, you only have until October 10th to do so.
