Howdy all that registered for the Special Needs Backpack Event

I hope you’re all having a great start to your day! I wanted to share some important information about the Tri Counties special needs backpack giveaway happening this evening. Here are the key details to keep in mind before you arrive:

The event will be held at the Marysville One Stop, located at 1114 Yuba Street, Marysville, CA 95901, on the 2nd Floor in the Beckworth Room. When you check in, please remember to grab a backpack, select two sensory fidgets, and pick up a meal for each registered child. Since our supplies are limited this year, we kindly ask that you only take items for the registered child or children to ensure everyone receives what they need.

I hope you're all having a wonderful day! For those who registered for the Special Needs Backpack Event, I wanted to let you know that I’ll be sending out emails tomorrow morning with all the location details. Please be sure to check your inbox so you don’t miss the information.

Just a quick reminder—due to ongoing renovations, we won’t be distributing the backpacks at the Tri-Counties Community Center this year. The new location will be shared in my follow-up email, so keep an eye out for that.

For those of you who register for the Special Needs Backpack Event I will be sending out emails tomorrow morning with the location details. Please remember to check your email as we are not distributing the backpacks at the Tri-Counties Community Center due to the renovations.

We are inviting all local agencies, who support senior to attend. There will be a free luncheon, drinks and dessert available. If you provide a service that provides comfort, food programs, exercises, yoga, medical, vision, mental health, prescription education, anything that makes their quality of life, longevity and healthy minds please join us. Tri-Counties Community Center 1830 B Street Marysville. Wednesday September 16, 2026 from 11am to 2 pm.Set up time is 10am. Coffee and fresh fruit will be provided during set up. The Permits are pulled! Demo begins July 6th. Tri-Counties Community Center's full blown remodel is underway. In the next few months, we are getting a new roof, new siding, new doors, exterior lighting and sidewalks.
