While fall recruitment season is on everyone’s minds right now—and rightly so—now is also the time our troops and packs (especially, Arrow of Light Den Leaders) to connect about introducing more AOL Scouts to more troops and their transitions to Scouts BSA.

We shouldn’t assume the advancement requirements will be enough to ensure that all of our AOL Scouts choices and decide to join a troop. Let’s ask AOL Den Leaders, Cubmasters, and Scoutmasters how we can support them.

Retaining Scouts through this key transition is vital to successfully sharing our amazing program with more young people. Preparation for the AOL-to-Scouts BSA transition starts now.
