This Friday is the Horse Awards Banquet. If you plan to attend, we kindly ask that you contribute $6 per person.

Payment can be made by scanning the Venmo QR code on the form available at the office, or by paying with cash. If you are paying with cash, please submit your payment at the office before the banquet.

Well, I just heard from Gary. He said the arena is open. They pulled the lines off the railing so I didn’t know that so if you want to read email or Facebook everybody that they are having practice ride tonight thank you.

Due to power lines still being down. There will be no practice ride tonight. We have been told it will be fixed prior to fair.

Practice ride canceled tomorrow, 7/7 due to a downed pole in/on the arena.

There will be two more practice rides on 7/14 and 7/21 assuming weather is good, so make sure to get all four or your rides in by then.

Hoof Beats,

Our next meeting is July 2 at the fairground. We'll have a practice ride ahead
of the meeting 6:00. Meeting will be at 7:00. If it rains we will still have our meeting

We would like to finish your demonstrations. I hope everyone can come for we
are going to take group pictures plus individual pictures of each member to go
along with our barn theme. Jail house.

Please bring a chair and your own drinks. Don't forget your stall checks and
entry checks.

Our next meeting is July 23 just before the fair . We'll work on stalls and record books. This is a different Thursday so mark your calendars.

We offer our congratulations to Leah Hemsley and Hannah Niehaus on qualifying for the state fair last weekend. Leah Hemsley was qualified in JHS Class 27 Ranch Showmanship – H/P – Members 15-16 yr and JHS Class 54 Trail in-Hand – H/P – Members 14-18 yr. Hannah Niehaus was qualified in multiple classes, including JHS Class 28 Ranch Showmanship – H/P – Members 17-18 yr, JHS Class 48 Ranch Horsemanship – H/P – Members 17-18 yr, JHS Class 76 Ranch Riding – H/P – Members 17-18 yr, JHS Class 108 Hunter Showmanship – H/P – Members 17-18 yr, and JHS Class 121 Hunt Seat Equitation – H/P – Members 17-18 yr. Additionally, we recognize Gracelynn Bourque and Harley Moye, who require further qualification at a PAS show to advance to the state level after qualifying in one class.

Are next meeting is June 4 , 7:00 pm Since alot of you are already at the fairgrounds the meeting will be at the fairgrounds . Bring your own chairs we will meet at the end of shed row.

Don't forget to do your fairs entries on line. Due by JUNE 16.
