2024 Youth Deer Hunt

NOVEMBER 16TH 2024
(first day of youth gun season)
This mentored youth deer hunt provides kids having little to no hunting experience with an opportunity to get up close and personal with nature. Every kid will take away hunting gear and memories lasting for years. One youth will take home a new gun from the prehunt meeting that can be used during the hunt!
Participant Requirements
Ohio Youth Apprentice or Hunting License
Ohio Youth Either‐sex Deer Permit
Must attend pre‐hunt meeting (date TBD)
Submit completed liability waiver
Firearm or bow (can be borrowed if needed)
Blaze orange vest and hat (Will be supplied)
Resident of Union or surrounding county
Youth will be selected and parental guardian will be contacted if selected
