We wanted to thank Windsor Senior Activity Center for inviting us out to the Senior Wellness Fair to share about our center with others last week. We appreciate your dedication to Union County seniors’ and for allowing us space to make connections. Our table was represented well by our awesome President and Vice President, Paula and Sharon. It was a great event!

Friday was such a wonderful afternoon at CASC! We had a great time enjoying delicious food & wonderful company at our potluck!

We also raffled off this beautiful Buckeyes sign, generously donated by our member, Becky. Becky and her late husband enjoyed creating many crafts together over the years, and we are so grateful that she chose to share a piece of their wonderful talent with us! 💝Congratulations to Norm, whose name was drawn as our lucky winner! 🌰🏈

Thank you to everyone who brought a dish on Friday and who joined us for such an enjoyable afternoon! It was a wonderful day with a wonderful variety!

We have been made aware of a phone scam currently targeting our community. Residents are receiving calls from individuals claiming to be officers with the Marysville Police Division. These scammers are telling citizens that they have missed jury duty, and are threatening immediate arrest if money is not paid over the phone.
Please be aware: The Marysville Police Division will NEVER call you to demand money, solicit payments for fines or bail, or warn you about an active warrant.

If you are ever unsure whether a caller is genuinely one of their officers, hang up and call the Communications Center directly at 937-645-7300 to verify

🦃 THANKSGIVING-IN-A-BOX OPPORTUNITY
Today, we will also be collecting information from seniors that are interested in a free raffle to receive a “Thanksgiving-in-a-Box,” made possible by a generous donation from the Women in Worship group at Cypress Church. ❤️Interested seniors can provide their information while visiting the center today.

📋 Not currently enrolled to receive a food box and think you may qualify? Applications are available at the center for those who qualify for the program.

* Our Potluck is Friday, October 9 at Noon — bring a dish to share! Please RSVP so we can prepare proper seating/tables. Bingo follows.
* FREE Wellness Screens with Marysville Physical Therapy are October 14 from 12–3PM — ONE appointment remains at this time. Please call us to arrange an appointment.
* On Monday, October 26th at 1:30pm we have a presentation on Healthy Sleep, it’s free and open to the public. If rest is something that troubles you, we recommend you register to attend.
* Be sure to read the monthly newsletter & browse the activity book for upcoming restaurant visits, trips, shows, presentations, and NEW 2027 trips: Cape Cod & Martha Vineyard + The Ark & Creation Museum.

This beautiful wooden piece is shaped like Ohio and features Buckeyes lettering with buckeye accents. Pictures truly do not do it justice. It would make a wonderful addition to any Buckeyes fan’s home or a wonderful gift for the future — and you’ll be supporting CASC at the same time! Go Bucks!!!
