🌞 Help Us Serve Our Neighbors This Summer! 🌞

Our Summer Outreach Program officially kicks off on June 15th! As we head out to support our community on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we want to ensure we have plenty of essential supplies ready for those who need them most.

We are currently collecting donations to keep our neighbors hydrated, fed, and safe during the warmer months.

Thursdays: Drop in from 2-4 PM to meet get help with programs and resources like job search help, treatment program assistance, healthcare application assistance, and help navigating the DSHS website.

🧸🧸🧸☄️ We had the beary best of times at our teddy bear picnic this weekend! We read and shared stories, we met a bear celebrity, we made new friends, and we had a grand parade! We are so thankful to everyone who came out to share space with us.

A special shout out to our community partners that made the day extra special - local authors, Dave Ellingson and Autumn McClellan, storyteller, Natosha Gobin from Tulalip Lushootseed, Lakewood/Smokey Point Library, Briar and their students from Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts, Amy and her ASL students from Lakewood HS, Jemma from cascading.colors.face.art, Mr. Smokey Bear, the Lions Club, Sherwood Community Services and all of our volunteers and reader helpers! You are awesome, pawsome, clawsome!

📚🧸 we are so excited for teddy bear picnic this Saturday! We can’t 🐻 it! We are looking forward to spending time with all of you, your favorite stuffie, local authors, storytellers, actors, and a beary special guest. It’s gonna be 🔥! And if your stuffie needs some TLC, we will have a teddy bear hospital for your special friends.
Saturday, May 30, from 11am - 2pm at 1424 172nd Street NE. The event will be outside.
