Position: Licensed Mental Health Professional
Compensation: $38.00 – $52.00 per hour, according to qualifications and relevant experience.

Grace Connection Services Behavioral Health Agency, located in Washington, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals facing mental health challenges. Our mission centers on recovery, rehabilitation, and holistic well-being through innovative, client-centered treatment approaches.
We are seeking dedicated, licensed mental health professionals to join our team and contribute to our mission of healing lives and strengthening communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental health evaluations and diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide individual and group therapy in a professional and supportive manner
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment modalities in accordance with agency policies and regulations
• Stay current with research and best practices in mental health interventions, integrating new knowledge into treatment
Qualifications:
• Active and valid licensure in Washington State as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent) or Psychologist (required)
• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required)
• Experience working with individuals with mental health issues (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment
• Commitment to professional development and ethical standards
• Experience working with vulnerable populations
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
• Ability to provide compassionate care for individuals with PTSD and other chronic mental health challenges
