Winner chosen on St. Patrick’s Day 2026. Chances are $5 a piece. Proceeds from this raffle will help us provide grants to our local hospitals to provide women under 45 with mammograms, biopsies and surgical consults.
Also pictured is Alissa meeting with the Breast Health Center Team at Missouri Baptist Hospital this past October to present them with a check for $5,000.

Getting your mammogram scheduled is ‘so punk rock!’ And it could also be life-saving for you. Breast Health is top of mind for me these days, and I am partnering with SSM Health (SSM Health) to bring awareness to the benefits of getting your annual mammogram. All women age 40 and over are recommended to have annual mammograms. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. Most insurance plans cover screening mammograms. The state of Missouri and other private entities offer grants that SSM is heavily involved in. SSM has a dedicated grant coordinator that can help you navigate getting a mammogram if you’re un-insured or under-insured.

We are opening the store to start selling this years breast cancer awareness shirts. The store will be open until September 18th and will ship the week of September 29th. All proceeds will go to a local community member in need or charity organization. If you know someone who has been affected by breast cancer please reach out to nominate them to recieve this year’s donation. Once all submissions have been recieved we will make a decision on this year’s recipient. We would like to thank the community for supporting this fundraiser throughout the years.

As October approaches, you’ll see our firefighters wearing pink shirts in support of breast cancer awareness. This year, our Community Outreach has launched a store where you can purchase the very same shirts. Proceeds from each sale will go toward a donation supporting breast cancer awareness.
