🚁✈️ AN UNEXPECTED SEARCH & RECOVERY MISSION!

Sometimes the most memorable missions are the ones you never planned.

While we were flying the helicopter back from another event, we got the opportunity to help some St. Louis University students who had lost their RC airplane in the middle of a bean field.

Since we were already in the air, we figured we’d put the helicopter to work and see if we could spot it from above.

After searching the field… we found it! 👀✈️🌱

What probably would have been a very difficult search on foot became a pretty unique helicopter search-and-recovery mission.

It was great being able to lend a hand to these students and help recover their aircraft. You just never know what kind of adventure aviation is going to bring your way!
