Hiiiiii👋🏽 Long post alert:

We would like to thank EVERYONE that came ftom far, wide and locally to help support the Annual Night of Basketball.

SHOUT OUT to those that volunteered behind the scenes to make this a success, as well. Every where from the door, concessions, security and clean up with no complaint as well as Marvell-Elaine School District ; we can not do this without you ❤️.

Last but not least, special thanks to Rodney Barefield and Monica Jones for spearheading the Marvell community award presented by the Marvell C/O 1986, honoring the best to have EVER done it, Mr. Clausey Myton, Sr. Not a lot of photos were taken from the Endowment team but we were able to capture this.

Grateful beyond measure 🥰

Dear friends, families, and neighbors —

Please join Ms. Jackie Johnson Cox, along with the Marvell-Elaine Elementary staff, students, and community, as we celebrate the installation of our Shade Tree Playground Grant! 🌞

We’ll be planting five beautiful trees on our elementary playground — each one lovingly dedicated to influential members of the Marvell-Elaine community who have poured their hearts into our school over the years. ❤️

These trees will honor educators, school board members, community leaders, and former students who helped shape the legacy of our district. Together, they will stand as living reminders of growth, love, and lasting impact. 🌿

Come out, lend a hand, and help us plant life, hope, and shade for generations of Mustangs to come! 💛💙
