Darnell Williams II Endowment, Inc. Help the Darnell Williams II Endowment fund to contribute to a Marvell High School student's college career

The Darnell Williams II Endowment was created to honor Darnell Williams II and to continue his scholastic ambitions through future students. Darnell was killed by a drunk driver at the age of 17 but before the accident he had written an essay that depicted his desire to give to a scholarship fund once he finished college and started his professional career. The family used his direction from that essay and his educational blueprint to create this endowment to honor him.

We want to take time out and CONGRATULATE this years recipients of the Darnell Williams II Endowment, Inc. Scholarship. CONGRATS TO:
Trinity Campbell (Valedictorian) and Lataivus Hussey. Each received $1,000 !!!

Also congratulations to the 2026 Marvell-Elaine H.S. graduates. Keep striving !!!

We would like to thank EVERYONE that came ftom far, wide and locally to help support the Annual Night of Basketball.

SHOUT OUT to those that volunteered behind the scenes to make this a success, as well. Every where from the door, concessions, security and clean up with no complaint as well as Marvell-Elaine School District ; we can not do this without you ❤️.

Last but not least, special thanks to Rodney Barefield and Monica Jones for spearheading the Marvell community award presented by the Marvell C/O 1986, honoring the best to have EVER done it, Mr. Clausey Myton, Sr. Not a lot of photos were taken from the Endowment team but we were able to capture this.
