Ten O’clock Line Chapter member Stephanie Resler was pleased to present two awards at John R. Wooden Middle School’s 8th grade awards program on May 21.

The recipient of the Outstanding Work in American History award is Sophia Ennis.
The DAR Youth Leadership Award was presented to Max Bailey.

My goodness we have already marked the first week of December off of the calendar. Next Saturday Dec. 13 is the Martinsville Cookie Stroll. We will be offering a special Make & Take Program at the Morgan County History Center. In celebration of America 250 we will have a special project for the kids. You do not have to be a Cookie Stroll ticket holder. Be sure bring the kids and stop in the museum and see the wonderful exhibits kick off the America 250 celebration year with the kids.
