Monday night was our Annual Installation and Award Banquet. A special thank you to those who served and were going off the board, to those who were willing to step up and be on the board and for who are still serving their terms.

Leadership isn't about standing at the top. It's about reaching back and helping someone else climb.

The greatest leaders don't measure success by the titles they've earned, but by the people they've encouraged, mentored, and inspired along the way.

Every Lion has the opportunity to make a difference—not by doing everything ourselves, but by lifting others higher than they ever thought possible.

Who has been that person for you? Tag them below and let them know the impact they've had on your journey. 🦁💙💛
