Step into the magic of the season at the annual Martinsville Henry County Christmas Parade! This year’s theme, “A Christmas Movie,” invites everyone to relive the joy of their favorite holiday films. From classic moments to modern favorites, parade floats will bring beloved Christmas stories to life with creativity, lights, and plenty of holiday cheer.

The parade begins at 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 22 in Uptown Martinsville. Bundle up, bring your loved ones, and join the community for an evening filled with twinkling lights, festive music, and the spirit of the season.

Want help getting money for college? Save the date for FAFSA Night!

On Wednesday, December 3 from 5-7 p.m., MHS seniors and their families are invited to join us in the Martinsville High School Library for assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA helps you receive funding from any college or university you plan to attend.

VHCF is thrilled to welcome Dr. Minh Tri Hoang, one of our Sign Up, Pay Down dentists, to the team at Connect Health + Wellness. Tran Dr. Tran is a compassionate and highly-skilled dental professional committed to serving underserved communities through patient-centered care and education.

Dr. Tran earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He also holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Clayton State University.

With experience treating patients of all ages, including pediatric care, Dr. Tran is known for his comforting approach and effective communication with patients.
We are proud to have Dr. Tran as part of our team and look forward to continuing to increase access to high-quality and compassionate dental care in Southside Virginia.
