Yogi was one of a kind. Although I have been a part of rescuing dogs for many years, I finally made it official. I rescue mastiffs and rehome them.

OUR CONDOLENCES...
Boone and Bella were already older when they came to the rescue in 2020. They were very bonded. Maria decided to take both of them, and she always said it was the best thing she ever did for her dad who lived with her. Boone and Bella had their challenges like spending an entire day at the top of Maria's stairs because stairs were scary! Bella and Maria's dad have both passed, but Boone held on. Maria was so worried about him that she adopted 2 more mastiffs from the rescue to keep Boone company. Her dogs are her everything and want for nothing. Boone, who was now 13 years old, has been having several health issues and today he wasn't able to stand. Maria knew it was time to let him go, and even called me to make sure she was making the right decision. Boone and Bella hit the jackpot when they were adopted by Maria, and the love and devotion was mutual. Boone will be missed by 2 other Mastiffs, Hank and Winnie, formerly known as Apollo and Athena, but he'll be missed mostly by Maria. The first picture was 5 years ago, but I'm sure that's the current scene in heaven. Hugs and prayers for Maria, Hank, and Winnie.

ADOPTED!!!

Oh my goodness, little Kringle has found his forever! He stole our hearts in the short time he was here! He was all puppy and kept us in stitches! His new mom lost her Boston Terrier not long ago who lived to be very old. She was tickled to death to get Kringle who immediately fell asleep in her arms! We did find out from the vet that his eye was scarring from a scratch, which probably occurred playing with sharp toenails and teeth of his siblings, and it will go away. He is on some eye meds to be sure there's no more infection, and I know his new mom will pamper him beyond his wildest dreams! Best wishes, Kringle!

ADOPTED!!!

CUTENESS OVERLOAD!!!
I went north today to pick up the German Shepherd that I posted a week ago and get him headed to his new home. Look what else I picked up! This is Kringle, a 19 week old Boston Terrier puppy, who has a tiny cloudy spot in his eye so he couldn't get his health certificate to be sold. His name is Kringle because he was born Christmas Day! He will be a foster to adopt until he is neutered because he is too young to neuter at this time. He has had all his vaccines, is microchipped, and wormed. If you would like to have a little Christmas baby for your family, please apply! The rescue is located outside Martinsville, IN.

ADOPTED!!!
All 4 of the furbabies ha e made their way to their forever homes!! Teddy, the sh*tzu, is now the prize possession of a 7 year old(and her parents), .and she was thrilled. They had been searching for a dog just like Teddy! Bailey and Lacey, the Cavalier Spaniels, went to an adopter that has adopted Cavalier Spaniels in the past from the rescue! I think she is starting a collection!😅 Beautiful, sweet Riley filled an empty spot in her mom's heart. She had adopted a BMD from the rescue previously, and unfortunately, she lost her to cancer far too soon. We are so happy for all these pups! Best wishes to all for long, happy lives!

This beautiful guy is available through one of the breeders I used to work with, and he needs a wonderful home to land in! He is 5 years old and absolutely gorgeous. The breeder wants to retire him and wants him to be someone's baby. He has lived around children and other dogs. If you are interested, please apply, and I'll make sure he gets neutered, updated on vaccines, and heartworm and Lyme disease checked. He's up in northern Indiana but will be neutered etc. here in Martinsville. Please share and let's find him a home!

JUST A FEW!!
So I had someone adopters that wanted particular dogs, and now 2 of the 3 have had to back out. Today, I went and picked up Riley, a Bernese Mountain Dog, and she already has an adopter. Then I have 2 Cavalier Spaniels, who are very sweet! In typical Cavalier fashion, their tails wag all the time, and they probably weigh maybe 10 to 12 pounds. Lacey is the tricolor and will be 5 in August. Bailey is red and white, and she will be 6 in May. Then I brought home Teddy, a 3 year old sh*tzu whose is already neutered and housebroken! He does have a bad overbite so his tongue will stick out. He has grown up with children also! The 2 Cavalier Spaniels and the sh*tzu are all 3 available for adoption. They will be ready by this weekend. Please apply if you are interested!

NEW BREED OF DOG??
This little girl showed up on my porch and stayed a few weeks ago when it was quite cold out. I put a heated house and bed out for her, and I had suspicions that she was pregnant. She is, and so I've brought her inside. I'm worried something will happen to her babies if she has them outside. With that being said, if you are interested in a kitten when they are ready, please let me know!

I picked up 2! Lacey will be 5 in August and is tricolor. Bailey is red and white and will be 6 in May. I've added pictures in the comments.
ANYONE??
I had a previous adopter that wanted a Cavalier Spaniel. I have one that became available, but now she is unable to adopt her. Before I let the dog go to another rescue, is anyone interested in adopting her? She will be available this week and is an adult. She is a retired breeder, but I don't have much information about her .I do know this breeder has nice dogs and very sweet dogs. I will pick her up on Tuesday if there is someone interested.
