Beautiful Best Friends, Inc. Beautiful Best Friends is a nonprofit organization located in Martinsville, Va.

Beautiful Best Friends wants to ensure that everyone who has a medical condition or is receiving treatment that has caused hair loss has access to get a good quality hairpiece, regardless of their insurance status. We strive to offer a set monetary amount to those, in Southwestern Virginia or Northwestern North Carolina, who are experiencing the burden of paying the full price of wigs on their cancer or medical journey due to being a Medicare/Medicaid recipient, being underinsured, or uninsured.
