Forever Taitlyn Friends Against Bullying "Forever Taitlyn" Friends Against Bullying Initiative is a non-profit organization that will promote anti-bullying education.

Any proceeds from the sale of any item will be used for the purchase of an educational curriculum to stop bullying and/or expenses related to such educational endeavors (OR) donations and proceeds will benefit The Taitlyn Hughes Educational Scholarship Fund which is a scholarship for a student to attend WVU or Shepherd University and major in Social Work or Counseling. In order for the student to

qualify for the scholarship they will complete a 100 word essay on "How Would You as a Professional in the Helping Field Handle a Client that is Being Bullied".

I was approached by Evan Stair about discussing Taitlyn Hughes 's story for an upcoming documentary he had in the works. I immediately contacted Taitlyn's father, John E. Hughes and asked if he would like to participate in this endeavor. I had the privilege of discussing Taitlyn's story with many people in various situations and I thought it was a great idea for people to hear from John. John was on board and took over from there. I can't wait to see the entire episode. The trailer alone, speaks volumes. Please watch and share.

Here is some info on the 2nd Annual Taitlyn Shae Hughes Easter Basket Drive. All donations will be given to the children at the hospital Taitlyn was at. *The donations may be dropped off at Bedington Elementary School (Monday- Friday 9am-3pm) and Hedgesville Middle School (Monday-Friday 9am-2pm) this begins February 25,2013 until March 22, 2013. *Donating food or candy is prohibited by the hospital. *All items must be NEW & include NONTOXIC material. For Example, glue, crayons, markers, etc. must clearly state they are non toxic on the box. Here are some of the items you can get.

Infants:
musical toys/ rattles
blankets
picture books
play telephones
teething toys

Toddlers:
wooden puzzles
plastic trucks
dolls
bubbles
musical/board books
building blocks
Sesame Street character toys

School-Age Children:
board games
UNO/old maid card games
coloring books
crayons/markers

Adolescents:

DVDs rated up to PG-13

balls: footballs, soccer balls, baseballs, nerf balls
diaries/ journals

grooming kits for boys and girls
