🎄❤️ Way to go, Saint Joseph’s School!

Saint Joseph’s students raised an incredible $1,150.58 for Christmas Cash for Kids this year! For more than five years, students have participated in a friendly class competition, learning that even small acts of generosity can make a big difference.

The top two winning classes were rewarded with a pizza party generously provided by City National Bank 🍕 — a fun way to celebrate giving back!

🎄❤️ A heartfelt THANK YOU to Walmart and our incredible volunteers!

We are so grateful to Walmart Martinsburg - Foxcroft Ave and Walmart Charles Town for hosting our shopping days on Wednesday and Thursday, providing a welcoming place for families to shop for their children this Christmas season.

Because of you, families felt supported, valued, and filled with hope this Christmas. We are deeply thankful for every person who helped make these days possible. 🎁✨

As Christmas Cash for Kids celebrates its 20th year, Airborne Church marks 19 years of partnering in this incredible mission — and this year’s Coin Parade tells a powerful story. The $17,500 raised wasn’t the result of one large check, but of many small, faithful gifts. 🎁

From little hands proudly dropping their coins into a bucket, to members of the church giving generously in their own ways, this parade was a beautiful reminder that a little change really can make a big difference.

🎄❤️ A True Heart of Christmas Moment ❤️🎄

What began as a hopeful goal turned into an unforgettable Christmas miracle. The inaugural “Heart of Christmas” Gala, hosted by The Venue by Brix27, brought our community together for an incredible night in support of Christmas Cash for Kids—serving children and families in need across Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson counties.

Through a 50/50 raffle, silent and live auctions, a portion of ticket sales, and generous donations from community organizations, organizers hoped to raise $10,000–$15,000. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of those in attendance—led by Brix owner Drew Johnson—the event raised more than $33,000, with every dollar going directly to providing Christmas gifts for children and families in need.

This milestone donation marks the largest single-event contribution in the 20-year history of Christmas Cash for Kids, our extraordinary nonprofit that has spent two decades serving underprivileged children and families throughout our region.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the event coordinators, Jillian Hayes and Brittney Irvin, whose vision and leadership created a truly magical evening.

We celebrated and reminisced of this incredible event today as Hayes and Irvin delivered this significant donation today to City National Bank.
