A super special thank you once again to the team at Bodwell Insurance Solutions for sponsoring Comedy For The Community, making it FREE for service members, and connecting us with UnitedHealthcare, & The Mortgage Center- to sponsor the show as well.

A local group of powerhouse players that look out for our veterans all across the board 🇺🇸 This is what teamwork & community looks like! 🤝

The photos from Friday are in! 📸🤩 Our trusty cameraman John Cromartie was able to truly capture what an incredible evening we had at our second Comedy For The Community at The Holiday Inn Martinsburg!

They were all so good we couldn’t just post a couple, so here’s just about all of them! 😄 Take a scroll and see if you can find yourself laughing, like a photo of your favorite comedian of the night, or give this post a share to showcase what we’re building in our area!

Incredible. Last night’s Comedy for the Community was everything we hoped it could be and then some. Over 100 people packed the room, our all-veteran lineup including Vinny Lombardi, Monica Daly, & headliner Dewayne White absolutely crushed it, and the energy in that place was something special.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, brought a friend, donated, participated in the 50/50 raffle, supported our sponsors, and simply showed up. You are the reason we get to keep doing this!

Also a special thank you to UnitedHealthcare, Bodwell Insurance Solutions, & The Mortgage Center- for helping make the show FREE for our active-duty military and veterans, and thank you to The Vet Center of Martinsburg for bringing your resources for everyone to see! Your support made a real difference.

Thank you to the Holiday Inn Martinsburg for continuing to give us an incredible place to bring this vision to life, and Exponet USA for making the whole experience our own.

Shoutout to our local grocery store Food Lion of Inwood for providing the green room goodies, & our local bakery Apple Annie’s across the street for jumping in at the last minute with an incredible raffle bundle. Even better, the winner turned around and donated it right back to The United By Comedy Foundation. That is what community is all about!

And shoutout to our DJ of the night Brandon Wright!

Professional photos coming in the next couple days that will be WAY better than these phone shots 😅

The United By Comedy Foundation started with a simple idea: bring people together, one laugh at a time. Last night, over 100 people came together and proved exactly why we’re doing this.

We’ll see you at the next one!!

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT! 🤩 Comedy For The Community! 8PM at The Holiday Inn Martinsburg!

Doors open at 7PM for some fun & festivities from our generous sponsors, and to give you a chance to grab your seat, a drink & a bite to eat if you’d like!

It’s going to be an INCREDIBLE evening of laughter and fun with some of the funniest folks the area’s comedy scene has to offer. And they just so happen to all be veterans! 🫡

Snag those last minute tickets before it’s too late to save a few bucks at the door! Or we may even be sold out by then! 😬😅

And speaking of veterans! If you’ve served, you get in absolutely FREE! 🇺🇸
