ICE is aggressively seeking to expand detention capacity across California, and last month opened a detention center in a former prison in the Central Valley. If ICE takes over FCI Dublin, it would become the first and only ICE detention center in Northern California, dramatically escalating detention and deportation operations across the entire Bay Area.

Give public comment on the recently released environmental assessment to STOP the reopening of FCI Dublin as an ICE detention facility. We have between now and June 1st!

Join the ICE Out of Dublin Coalition and Bay Resistance for a Power Hour on Tuesday, May 19th, from 6-7 PM.

Learn how to submit public comments against this vile move and get more key updates on the ICE Out of Dublin campaign. We will also work together to write and submit our public comments in real time.

Local ordinances are one answer to protect communities against aggressive federal immigration enforcement tactics. That is why we’re calling for the Board of Supervisors’ Equity Committee to finalize and pass a strong, enforceable ICE non-cooperation ordinance with full protections.
