🍕☀️ Pizza in the Park is one of our favorite annual traditions, bringing together our CASA Volunteers and the children and youth they support for an afternoon of fun, connection, and community.
A special thank you to our volunteers, Cindy and Kelly, who, through their involvement with the Martinez Women's Club - GFWC, helped plan, organize, and sponsor this year's event. Thanks to the generosity of the club and its members, youth enjoyed lawn games, goodie bags, a scavenger hunt to find adorable handmade keychains, potted plants to take home, and $25 Target gift cards.
A special thank you as well to our volunteer, Sandy, for providing and grilling the hot dogs and hamburgers, along with all the delicious sides, treats, and picnic supplies that helped make the day a success.
We'd also like to thank our CASA Case Coordinator, Pattie, for organizing this annual event and bringing everyone together for a memorable day.
We're so grateful for volunteers and community partners who go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for children and youth in foster care. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Pizza in the Park such a special day! 💙
