We Can Help

We Can Help Supporting and empowering domestic violence survivors to lead independent lives free from abuse

“We Can Help” was founded by 2 childhood friends who are passionate about making our communities a safer place and free of Domestic Violence. Our mission is to help build awareness in our community and support families through their most difficult times. An alarming 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men in the US have experienced r**e, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime. Join us in the fight to end Domestic Violence and keep up to date on how you can help!

A heartbreaking tragedy out of Louisiana is a painful reminder of how serious and complex domestic violence can be.

Behind many of these stories are warning signs that are often missed, minimized, or misunderstood. Abuse isn’t always physical—it can look like control, isolation, threats, or extreme jealousy. And when it escalates, the consequences can be devastating.

If you or someone you know feels unsafe, trust that instinct. You are not alone, and there are people ready to help.

If you’re supporting someone, the most powerful thing you can do is listen without judgment and help them connect to resources safely.

Support is available 24/7 through the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233 or thehotline.org

Let’s keep talking about this. Awareness saves lives. 💜

24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides essential tools and support to help survivors of domestic violence so they can live their lives free of abuse.

A huge thank you to all who attended and supported our 3rd annual “Celebrity Bartender” night at Auburn Lounge. It was an enjoyable evening of laughter, live music, and charitable giving. Our gratitude goes to the volunteer bartenders, musicians, friends who contributed to the event's success. We are thrilled to have raised $5000 and collected lots of toys which were distributed to those less fortunate this weekend. 🪁🪀🧸We are grateful for our community's support.
